Every GTA 6 character Rockstar has confirmed, and how they connect
Two leads, a smuggler, a paranoiac, a club owner, a music manager and a rap duo. Here is the map of who knows who.

Rockstar has named a small cast, and the interesting part is how tightly they interlock. Almost nobody here is a standalone.
| Character | What they do | Connected to |
|---|---|---|
| Jason Duval | Playable lead, ex-Army, works for Keys drug runners | Lucia, Brian Heder |
| Lucia Caminos | Playable lead, out of prison as the story opens | Jason |
| Brian Heder | Old smuggler with a boat yard | Jason, Cal Hampton |
| Cal Hampton | Conspiracy hobbyist with a scanner | Brian, The Rusty Anchor |
| Boobie Ike | Club, studio and property owner | Dre'Quan, Raymond |
| Dre'Quan Priest | Promoter turned manager | Boobie Ike, Real Dimez |
| Real Dimez | Rap duo, Bae-Luxe and Roxy | Dre'Quan, Boobie Ike |
| Raymond | Runs drug production for San4San | Boobie Ike |
| Raul Bautista | Bank robber, on the cover art | Not established |
The leads
Jason Duval grew up around grifters, served in the Army, and came back to work for drug runners in the Keys. Lucia Caminos is the first woman Rockstar has written as a fully voiced lead in a mainline Grand Theft Auto, introduced leaving custody.
Each carries a separate Criminal Profile, which Rockstar has said tracks how you operate rather than scoring you good or evil. The character switch interface puts a heart between them rather than a skill bar, which is the clearest statement the studio has made about what this story is.

Jason's circle, in the Keys
Brian Heder is an old smuggler still working out of a boat yard, and the man letting Jason stay rent-free, which puts Jason in someone's debt before the story even opens. That is a deliberate piece of setup: Grand Theft Auto protagonists usually arrive with nothing and build outward, and Jason arrives already inside somebody else's operation.
His wife Lori works the same operation out of the same yard. Cal Hampton rounds it out: a conspiracy hobbyist who listens to Coast Guard radio for fun and turns up at The Rusty Anchor, the bar the whole Keys cast keeps appearing at.
The Vice City side
Boobie Ike turned a street reputation into property, a strip club and a recording studio. That studio connects him to Dre'Quan Priest, a dealer whose actual ambition was always music, who manages Real Dimez, the duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy.
Raymond runs drug production that supplies Boobie's club, which is where the legitimate portfolio stops being legitimate. He opens the Extended Look by getting a phone call from Ernesto, warning him police are coming, having arranged for them to come.
This cluster is worth noticing as a structure rather than a cast list. A promoter, a studio owner, an act and the money behind them is the music business inside the plot, which is a first for the series. Previous games kept the industry on the radio and in jokes.
And one more
Raul Bautista is described as a bank robber and appears on the cover art alongside Jason, Lucia and Boobie Ike. How he connects has not been shown, which for somebody on the box is conspicuous.
Who is missing
No antagonist has been named. In a series where the villain is usually introduced early and loudly, going into the final two months without one is either restraint or the largest thing Rockstar is still holding back.
No voice cast has been published either, beyond reporting that identified Stephen Root as Brian Heder from the Extended Look, which Rockstar has not confirmed.
